Our Blog - Lucy's beach walk

One of the things that we like to do on vacations in Brittany is to take Lucy to the beach. She loves to play on the sand, loves to chase her ball on the sand, and sometimes, she pops into the water. Most of the time, she just walks around in the water, but occasionally she gets in deep enough that she has to swim a little bit back to shore. There just aren't beaches really close to us, so when we come to Brittany, we try to stay within a 10-15 minute drive from a beach.

I "think" these are from a place called the Dunes de Keremma. We went there 2 different days and parked in 2 different locations. The first day was on the actual beach side, and the second day was a bay area. This sandy area stretches over 6 kilometers with hills, grassy dunes, coves, and marshes. It looks totally different at high tide and low tide ... the cove that we walked on the 2nd time is totally under water during high tide but you can walk across the entire cove at low tide.

I just took general pictures, along with a couple when Lucy decided to take a little walk through the water.
