Our Blog - Bretagne Trip - Summer 2021 - Circuit du Hingair near Hennebot

Our general routine during this "vacation" has been to take Lucy somewhere in the morning for a nice walk ... a beach to play on or a hike through the woods, and then a visit to a town nearby where we have lunch. Then we take her back to our gîte and let her relax until dinner. Today was no different.

We found a hike that was 5.4 kilometers in length and was supposed to take a little under 2 hours near the town of Hennebont. We had the town listed as one of our towns to visit, so we thought it would be a good walk. We downloaded the information on the Circuit du Hingair from one of the many websites that it happens to be on and headed out. I have to be honest and admit that this was hands-down the BEST marked trail that we have been on! Every turn was marked, and every wrong-direction was marked. It did get a little hilly near the end as we ended up hiking up a long set of stairs along the path. But Lucy had a great time as most of it was a dirt path through a forest and she could be off the leash. We took a few pictures along the way at some viewpoints.
