Our Blog - Corginade Toulouse - February

Another "Corginade"!! If you don't recognize the word "Corginade", it is a made-up French word that merges "Corgi" with "promenade", which is a walk. So a Corgi meet-up from the local area. This time, there were around 20 corgis, with Lucy being one of the oldest corgis there. Quite a few were puppies, a few with really short tails called "bobtail's", a Cardigan (most are Pembroke's) and a fluffy Corgi.

I'll start with a little video ... not the best, but you see a few of them ... the Cardigan is the black and gray color (called blue merle).

There are always a few little "fights" that break out, or just rough playing. I thought this picture caught a great mouth-open shot in the middle. The black-and-grey Merle dog seems to always be in the middle of a group that area playing together!

You'll also see a couple non-Corgi's in the group ... they come along with their Corgi-siblings.

Here is Tom with Lucy and a few of the others on the path.

And of course .. where there is mud ... there is Lucy! She loves running down into creeks, rivers, mud puddles, or lakes. Sometimes, it is just to play in the mud, and other times, she is a little warm and wants to cool off. Of course ... she isn't the only one! Look at them all playing in the little creek!
